Civility and Incivility in Early Modern Britain 1500-1700 is a one-day interdisciplinary conference held at Oriel College, Oxford on 28th June 2019
It seeks to explore how the limits of acceptable behaviour and discourse were defined, enforced, and negotiated in early modern Britain
Keynote addresses will be provided by Dr Teresa Bejan (Oxford University), and one other (yet to be announced)
